What’s a YOUTH EXCHANGE?
During a youth exchange, young people from at least two different countries come together to collaborate on a project focused on a specific topic.
This experience allows participants to immerse themselves in a different cultural setting, interact closely with their peers from the partner group, and gain valuable intercultural insights.

Who will take part?
- 8 participants from Norway
- 8 participants from Germany
- 8 participants from Spain
- age: 14-18

Workshops
Theatre with Tiril
Tiril will lead acting-classes working with the participants’ own stories connected to discarded clothes. With a garment’s story as a starting point, the group will explore different acting methods, storytelling techniques and how to build scenes through improvisation.
Theatre with Lili
Lili will lead an actor training focused on stage presence and the development of the actor as a creator. We will work on character construction using both textual material and movement exercises.
Theatre with Judit
Judit will lead the group to create an own theatre play based on a self-chosen political topic and various improvisation methods. Rehearsals will include warm-up games, creative writing, acting classes, production planning, stage training and, of course, lots of fun!
Leisure Activities
Intercultural evening, mountain walk, city tour through Oslo, quiz night, museum visit, night walk in the forest, beach time, dance and theatre performance, costume party with karaoke, final show



VENUE / ACCOMODATION
accomodation and workshops: sheep farm Åsheim Gård/Spydeberg, Norway)
- farm is surrounded by green hills and fields close to river Glomma and lake Lysern
- by bicycle on a dirtroad to the train station and the beach
- stay overnight in four-people rooms with bathroom included
- theatre workshops outside or in the black box studio space in the barn
- large costume shop where you can create your own costumes
- home-made meals from the farm kitchen, some made by the participants themselves
Who are the organizers?
KunstKamp is an association founded in 2025 with the purpose of creating an arena for performing arts, film, agriculture and nature. At Åsheim farm in Østfold (Norway) artists, farmers, nature lovers and young people participate in artistic activities and experience nature and a caring agricultural practise. Tiril Pharo is an actor and director, and Andreas Lyngstad is a musician and composer, together they run the farm – and KunstKamp. Responsible person: Tiril Pharo (mail: tiril@teatercamp.no)
Creative Camps e.V. organizes various cultural education holiday camps and intensive projects for young people with fewer educational opportunities in Leipzig, Saxony, and Europe. Participants experience co-determination and community on an equal footing, explore creative forms of expression through theater, dance, media, art, music, circus, and more, actively take part in democratic decision-making processes, and thus develop a positive and constructive perspective on the diverse ways they can shape their environment. The socio-cultural center “Die VILLA” is a youth, cultural and social institution in the heart of Leipzig. It offers over 100 activities and events every week, which are used by a wide range of target groups. Since 2018, the VILLA’s European Youth Work Department has already been implementing over 60 youth exchanges with local and European partners. Who are the organizers?
La Diminuta i Companyia is an association founded in 2024, dedicated to the creation, production, and dissemination of the performing arts, with the aim of bringing theatre and culture closer to the entire community. Its main activity focuses on the production and presentation of theatrical performances, as well as collaboration with cultural centers and diverse collectives to broaden audiences and encourage cultural participation.
